This piece was designed and sculpted by Creature Revenge's own Greg Duffy. Each piece is cast in heavy duty latex and is made to order and hand painted in Creature Paint. The stitching is all hand sewn with jute twine. It is available as a wearable mask or an unwearable uncut display head. Blank, unpainted copies are available for you do-it-yourself folks out there!
